Senior Consultant
Current• Provide functional and strategic consulting to clients on implementing and optimizing their talent management and learning systems• Facilitate workshops and demos with stakeholders to gather requirements, align solutions with business objectives, and enhance user satisfaction• Analyze client requirements and pain points to recommend appropriate technology solutions, resulting in improved HR workflow efficiencies and data accuracy• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate talent and learning systems with existing HR technologies, streamlining processes and reducing manual data entry• Write detailed test scripts for User Acceptance Testing and provide issue resolution support• Lead QA testing efforts to create and execute end-to-end test scenarios that maintain traceability to business and system requirements• Provide ongoing support and expertise to clients post-implementation, serving as their primary point of contact and helping them to maximize the value of their HR technology investments through continuous improvement and best practices• Implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new HR technologies• Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service delivery and ongoing support, maintaining 100% client satisfaction• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables• Provide instructional design expertise and consultation on eLearning and Instructor-Led training best practices to keep learners engaged, in compliance and knowledgeable • Develop interactive eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline 360• Create Instructor-Led Training materials such as PowerPoints and Facilitator Guides that are used by instructors to deliver in-person training
