- Developed and wrote the field plan for the MDP coordinated campaign for Macomb County, Michigan, resulting in over 100,000 doors knocked by over 200 volunteers. Between ~900 volunteer knock shifts completed, organizers and volunteers had ~14,000 direct voter contact conversations on the doors alone, flipping the county as a whole, as well as the 3 key targeted state house and senate seats that captured a triple Democratic majority in Michigan for the first time since 1983- Led hiring and management of regional field team, including organizers, fellows, and volunteer leaders. Opened and oversaw 5 field offices in region, including the first coordinated campaign office to open this cycle in MI.-Oversaw constant coordination of downballot campaigns in district, top of ticket to the bottom, as well as building, repairing, and maintaining relationships with local and statewide political stakeholders. - Successfully flipped Macomb county from a +8 Trump margin in 2020, winning with +5 Whitmer in November of 2022, outperforming her previous +3.5 win margin in 2018.

- Oversaw AFR Listservs for Private Equity, CFPB, Student Lending, Housing, Weekly Wall Street, plus AFR campaigns- Ran AFR social media (@realbankreform on Twitter), developed and drafted content, planned content distribution, maintained feeds and social media interactions. Drafted press releases and organized AFR website content.- Wrote articles and completed research projects with a specific focus on private equity, Wall Street, and Federal economic regulatory institutions

Manhattan, New York, United States

- Managed a team of over 150 interns, volunteers, and staff.- Orchestrated and executed ground game in turf (everything south of Central Park), in specifically targeted areas within our top opponent’s elected district. Flipped all areas in lower Manhattan where my team ran these events, which pushed us over the threshold to victory. Areas included Chinatown, LES, Kips Bay, and Tribeca.- Completed a full door knock pass on all of Stuy Town (our top opponent’s base).

Hinesville, Georgia, United States

- Recruited, trained, and mobilized a volunteer team on the ground and executed a safe, socially distanced in-person GOTV, within a month’s time. Knocked approximately 3000 doors and completed 115 shifts over the course of dry run 2 and GOTV. - Overperformed Joe Biden’s November vote total by ~4% and turned out over 85% of voters that voted in the general election. Oversaw one of the largest Democratic vote gains in the state compared to the general and contributed overall to securing two victories in GA and flipping the U.S. Senate.

Dubuque, Iowa, United States

- Urban organizer for Dubuque City, Iowa, one of the largest population centers in Iowa’s 1st Congressional District, during the 2020 general election. - Built a coordinated campaign structure across various coalitions by reinvigorating the community's cooperation and partnership with the IDP following the 2020 Iowa Caucuses. Organized meetings with key players in turf to understand community needs, created a strategy to maximize volunteer efficiency for all campaigns involved, and to establish a sustainable and beneficial relationship between coalitions and the IDP for future cycles. - Recruited, trained, & mobilized a large network of volunteers to execute field strategy. Oversaw nearly 700 individual volunteers that completed shifts. Coordinated volunteer efforts that resulted in over 245,000 direct voter contact attempts & canvassing of nearly 20,000 voters in Dubuque. - Directed a GOTV staging location while managing a team of volunteer leadership for over 4 weeks straight- During GOTV, over 715 phone-banking shifts were completed under my supervision, resulting in hundreds of thousands of calls into NE Iowa.
