Pulse Structural Monitoring is a leading business in the marine structural monitoring industry. Pulse designs supplies and installs monitoring systems (instrumentation and software)and provides on-going support to its clients.I was responsible for managing all aspects of offshore logistics and worked closely with technicians and engineers. I managed travel arrangements, visa applications, production of training material, medical assessments, risk assessments, client relationships and ran mobilisation and de-mobilisation meetings.In this role I also managed Human Resources in a relieving capacity and administered the recruitment needs of the business.I assisted with accounts and managed a sizable accounts payable project clearing £500k of overdue payments in within 6 months.► Successfully introduced new training materials and processes which significantly improved the efficiency of the offshore operations
