Current- Writing, editing, and publishing correspondence and memos for 18 offices.
- Creation and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations, both internally and all applicable state/federal employment laws.
- Point of contact for all FMLA and OFLA claims and questions.
- Appropriately handling and responding to incoming unemployment claims, state and private verifications of employment.
- Ongoing performance review and management.
