Counsel attorneys in abiding by ethical obligations under applicable law. Lead and engage in cross-departmental initiatives in the areas of technological enhancement, fiscal growth, budget management and overall compliance concerns.

Draft and review complex engagement terms, outside counsel guidelines, waivers of conflicts of interest, and various agreements and correspondence subject to review by the Office of General Counsel. Conduct conflicts assessment of potential new legal work through corporate and legal research and review of conflicts database.
