I provided occupational therapy treatment to a full caseload of adult and older adult patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions in the DayRehab program under the supervision of my fieldwork supervisor. I completed daily documentation of treatment session notes, performed and documented evaluations, progress summaries and discharge summaries congruent to moving the rehabilitative process forward. I collaborated as part of an interdisciplinary team with nurses, physiatrists, physical therapists, speech-language therapists, and occupational therapists to support successful outcomes and patient-centered care.
