The centers are one-stop-shops for orthopedic care, offering a full range of orthopedic products and services. We support prosthetists with things such as sales, certification, finance, negotiations – the business side of care. In this way, the prosthetist can focus on making handmade prosthetics, and receiving and training clients. Health insurers pay for our products and services because 95% of people in Colombia are insured. The healthcare system in Colombia is very similar to the Dutch system. By October 2023, the first clinic in Tunja, a small town, has supported 1,700 people.
