I am a manager in Deloitte Next Gen Delivery, the team responsible for exploring, assessing, and integrating next-generation space, technology, and content to shape and accelerate the future of client experiences at Deloitte. I co-created and managed the strategy to launch the Chicago Next Gen Greenhouse, including the branding, events, marketing, and communications. Powered by cutting-edge technology, including an immersive dome, augmented reality (AR)/virtual reality (VR), hologram, and digital twin technology, the Chicago Next Gen Greenhouse is an immersive, interactive asset that inspires teams to unlock and accelerate innovation and break through complex challenges.

The Deloitte Greenhouse hosts Labs for Deloitte teams, client teams, and mixed groups that want to step outside business as usual to tackle complex challenges. Based on insights from more than 8,000 sessions with business leaders, The Deloitte Greenhouse Breakthrough Labs are rooted in powerful science and research from the fields of group dynamics, environmental psychology, design thinking, and innovation theory. The Greenhouse takes problem solving to a new level by engaging leaders intellectually, physically, and emotionally. In my role as Lead Digital Artist, I specialize in Graphic Capture (also referred to as Graphic Recording), the real-time synthesis of conversation into hand-drawn visuals, captured digitally on iPad. I create deliverables for clients to transform noise into insights, distraction into engagement, and complex content into digestible stories. With over five years of experience producing and managing Greenhouse Labs, I am able to visually synthesize conversations across any industry, from highly technical conversations to deeply sensitive teaming discussions. I manage the National Graphic Capture offering and support creative pursuits across the Greenhouse, including the revamp and deployment of the Greenhouse Visual Identity and training of practitioners in visual synthesis skills. I continue to manage Deloitte Greenhouse Breakthrough Labs.I am based in Chicago, but support all six Greenhouse sites in Chicago, Dallas, DC, Houston, New York, and San Francisco.

In my role as Lab Manager, I am responsible for driving the lab design process, owning the project management, and managing the day-of Breakthrough lab delivery experience for multiple labs at a time. I own the design iteration process with the Greenhouse teams, Deloitte account team, and client.

In my role as a Lab Producer, I am responsible for planning, producing, and managing all Breakthrough Lab materials and tools. I conceptualize and design the Greenhouse environment to enable clients to experience full immersion, breaking away from 'business as usual.' I manage logistics, providing operational support, and document the experience from beginning to end, working closely with clients and Deloitte account teams to reach the Lab desired outcomes.
