In my role at this position:- I was a development partner for top leaders within two ministries (Ministry of Rural Affairs and Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications) and their respective fields, which included organizing top leadership recruitment and participating in the selection process, coordinating regular 360-degree assessments, identifying various development activities, consulting top leaders, and providing developmental support- I was responsible for updating and maintaining the concept of the recruitment process for top leaders in the public service, ensuring its up-to-date face and functionality (including maintaining the functionality of the recruitment web platform)- I have developed the conditions and action plan for the use of European Union cohesion policy funds allocated for the development of innovation capacity among top leaders in the public service for the period 2021-2027- I represented Estonia in the OECD's Public Employment and Management (PEM) working group

As the HR Development Manager, my role involved mainly:- developing and advocating for principles of leadership quality improvement within the organization, including the development and implementation of a leadership competency model etc- developing and coordinating the implementation of employee experience (including employer branding), ensuring a positive and engaging work environment- leading the conduct of necessary organizational studies to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness

The Top Civil Service Excellence Center focuses on recruiting, assessing, and developing top leaders in public service and ensuring the succession of top leadership.My role at this position included:- being a developmental partner for top leaders in five ministries (Ministry of the Environment, Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Foreign Affairs), including coordinating regular 360-degree assessments, identifying various development activities, consulting top leaders, and providing developmental support.- developing and leading the implementation for leadership succession programs Newton 3 and 4, including organizing participant recruitment and selection, providing necessary developmental support, and managing the program implementation.- coordinating the execution of commitment surveys for top leaders in the Estonian public service.- representing Estonia in various formats such as international working groups, conferences, seminars, etc.

Planning, coordinating, and leading the work of the Psychology Chair (including finding instructors, developing course content, etc.). Conducting teaching activities in both undergraduate and graduate programs, including courses such as Organizational Behavior, Introduction to Psychology, Introduction to Research Methods.
