Reporting to the Marketing Experience Manager, my role is to improve client loyalty, and enhance our brand-to-client experience. I collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing & external agencies to amplify brand visibility, enhance client relations, and improve our organization's growth through events and sponsoring activation that effectively communicate business strategy and brand personality. My role covers 2 main areas of responsibilities.Job Description :Sponsoring:- Manage the creation, planning, scheduling and execution of all sponsoring activations- Work with marketing, creative agency and the various sponsors to execute sponsorship rights & deliverables in order to foster brand awareness & attractiveness- Research & benchmark to craft new co-branded content strategies- Assess & negotiate new local & global sponsorship opportunities- Report sponsoring activations performances & impact on brand equity & awarenessEvents:- Define & organize overall brand events calendar- Organize key brand events in Switzerland and overseas to support business development- Ensure brand presence is consistent & attractive globally across industry tradeshows- Manage the entire event communication plan – before, during & after- Supervise events logistics with internal facilities & external providers- Make sure all marketing collaterals are always available for key events (brochures, goodies…)- Survey sales teams & attendees satisfaction levels for all events- Manage budgets and invoicing
