I participated in the Cyber Challenge at the University of Delaware. Sponsored by the Sans Institute, The competition tested participants on their knowledge of computer security. I was one of 16 selected to attend the Cyber Boot Camp, where we were taught about computer security, and learned much about the field. At the end, we had a capture the flag event, where we used the techniques we learned to try and exploit the target system. At the end of the camp, we were congratulated by our mentors and even had a chance to meet with Governor Markell
