As a Coach, Mentor and Trainer, I partner with organisations to help them recruit, retain, and develop their staff. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the NHS and over 10 years of coaching experience, I have the expertise and skills to support staff in achieving their career goals and aligning with the organisational vision.I also work as an Associate Coach, providing leadership coaching and well being support to individuals and groups. I offer bespoke consultancy projects, mentoring and coaching programmes, workshops and talks, and personality assessments. I have worked with public and private sector organisations, such as leading NHS Trusts and Costa Coffee International.
