For organisations: The focus for organisations is on improving coaching capacity of leaders and managers through coaching skills programs alongside workshops and coaching to embed change. We also support with the wider well-being agenda especially around stress management understanding how coaching skills and awareness can support reduction in stress and improvements in engagement and performance. For individuals we provide 2 clear pathways for coach training : our Associate and Professional diplomas and an upgrade pathway. We also provide accredited training and CPD for existing coaches included in our monthly CPD program in our Coaching HUB membership alongside Team Coaching and Coaching Supervision.
