- Responsible for 70% of yearly revenue of Turk Telekom Mobile- Increasing postpaid revenue and ARPU via acquisition, migration, retention, upsell and recommitment offers- Planning, forecasting and conducting marketing budgets- Working closely with Digital, CRM, Analytics and CX- Developing analytical models for upsell and recommitment offers in order to generate incremental revenue- Using business intelligence tools SAS and SQL to analyze data, identify key insights and improve processes- Proactively discovering potential churn risky customers via analytical models and maintaining loyalty activity- Designing and launching end-to-end marketing campaigns to increase revenue and customer loyalty- Tracking customer trends and competitors for new marketing initiatives- Leading new projects and business models in order to expand postpaid revenue and customer experience

- Ensuring timely purchase to support Olmuksan IP's plants- Performing supplier evaluation and selection

- Supporting duties in Parts and Body Production in order to ensure quality, delivery date, efficiency, occupational health and safety goals- Continuous improvement of processes through cooperation with relevant departments
