Born in the United States, I have both USA and Turkish citizenships with native English and Turkish languages that makes it easy for me to work and travel around the world. I have studied Business Management specialized in marketing in the United States and UK. As a product manager at Cargolocked, my objective is to follow a customer-centric approach to customize our product and services in line with customers' demands. I ensure continueous improvements by tracking product metrics, KPI's, and customer feedback.
