As a member of a team of developers that is responsible of all content infrastructure of the website, I am mostly responsible for technical SEO tasks. Regular technical SEO audits, auditing new products and sections to our websites are my primary tasks. Besides that, I have also been responsible for reporting the organic performance, site speed and localization of the website throughout my time here. Time to time, I contribute to research that will be done by SEO team. Also, I have managed a few software projects here.Lastly, I was tasked with GA4 transition. Even though that was not my area of expertise, I learned how to manage tracking via Google Tag Manager and created a highly complex tracking mechanism.

Since I quitted my first job and moved to a small town in Muğla, I've been working as a freelance SEO consultant while also working on my paragliding skills to be a professional. In that period I worked remotely for some agencies, my own clients and my colleagues who also do freelance work. My clients in that period included the global leader of sportswear market and another global textile giant.

I had this job opportunity in my senior year in university, before graduation. As an SEO Analyst, I was responsible for:- Auditing potential clients' websites from an SEO perspective and prepare sales presantations, attend sales meetings.- Creating roadmaps to achieve SEO goals, periodically.- Analyzing client websites from a technical SEO perspective, finding problems and offering viable solutions. Regularly communicating with both client and agency developer teams. Keeping in track with search engines', mainly Google's, algorithm updates and new web technologies. - Executing detailed market analysis for each client to get an idea on the market, customers, competition and competitors. Sharing findings with the client and creating each part of a holistic SEO strategy based on them.- Creating content strategies to satisfy the needs of customers and the market. Working together with content creation teams to implement these strategies.- Analyzing competitor backlink profiles to create backlink acquisition strategies according to market needs. Creating a viable backlink strategy with clients.- Determining KPIs and tracking them constantly to measure both our and the client's performance, reporting to client in monthly intervals.I had the chance to work with and improve some of the biggest brands of Turkey with this job. I had to quit to finish my bachelor degree.
