Erişim company is the participation for Turkish İş Bank that is the place where strengthen the bond between customers. We meet all sort of customer requests such as inquiry, help, consultation, transaction, request and complaint regarding products and services over the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days. Also, logging into our phone system and preparing for my day checking emails looking at any follow-up work and announcements. In service operations, I might have 80 to 140 transactions with our customers on a daily basis. Moreover, helping for our clients is to be able to speak in English language. Help for the security precautions of our customers as well. Also, help people who have used the loan by the Bank. On the other hand, working at investment department to help our clients who have some stocks or fund.
