Two projects completed, both in Manganese mining in the Northern Cape, South Africa. Both involved production as well as maintenance efficiency. One was an underground mine whilst the other was an open cast pit.

A wide range of experience was gained across various industries in 8 countries. In the manufacturing sector, productivity improvement was the primary focus in the fresh food production, heavy industrial and high speed bottling sectors. Further projects were completed in the motor vehicle manufacture and telecomms industries in Turkey and the Philippines, respectively. Considerable experience was gained in the construction industry in Dubai as well as Saudi Arabia where productivity improvement was the key objective.The mining sector has seen projects completed in the mining of coal as well as diamond mining, with the primary objective being maintenance of equipment as well as production improvement.
