Growing up with entrepreneurial parents, our dinner table was a hub of lively discussions—new inventions, customer insights, our wins, and losses (all celebrated equally). By second grade, I was already juggling four ‘jobs’ and had launched two ‘startups,’ both of which lasted a grand total of three months. I quickly learned that running a business isn’t just about mastering the details—it’s about understanding your audience and becoming a trusted advisor. The real challenge? Finding the right clients. At LinkedIn, I’m part of the Global Accounts Group, where we manage LinkedIn's largest and most strategic partnerships. We work with these organizations to leverage LinkedIn’s network of over 1B+ profiles, driving growth in revenue, brand engagement, and talent development. In addition to my role as a Relationship Manager, I’m a proud Culture Champion for our Bay Area employees and the North America Social Impact Lead for our Remote Workforce. As a Culture Champion, I bring LinkedIn’s values to life during InDay—an employee day of giving back that’s all about personal growth and community. As the Social Impact Lead, I work closely with nonprofits across North America, organizing remote volunteer events that allow employees to make a meaningful difference while working from home.Outside of LinkedIn, I’m passionate about my side project ‘Speed Friending,’ which helps people form genuine, in-person connections in a world that often relies on digital interactions. I also love hosting dinner parties in my garden, learning about AI, diving into new craft projects, keeping an eye on real estate trends, and taking road trips along the California coast with my husband, Prasanna, and our dog, Archie.Looking to connect?
