Current• Being in a product-based software company, leading multiple products such as QXchange ETL (both Desktop and Web versions), Easy-Commission, MaxTotem, and MaxKudos.• Handling External Projects from MaxBlox framework for the startups.• Being one point contact for all the applications integration needs.• Responsible for annual/quarter planning of each product enhancements• Coordinate with Customer success team and deliver the with customer reported issues• Member of Compliance team and worked on implementing GDPR and SOC certifications• Working in QCommission under Vulnerable fixes, making sure application is free from security flawsHandling Products• QXchange ETL (Desktop and Web) – a data integration tool, following ETL standards, supporting 50+ integrations including Accounting, Payroll, ERP, CRM, and Databases.• Easy-Commission – an online sales commission application. It can calculate commissions easily, quickly and providing a detailed statement to the sales reps.• QCommission – flexible sales commission software, tight integration with multiple CRM, accounting applications, highly customizable for complex plans, clear communication to the sales reps. • MaxKudos – an online reward sharing application. Allows to share points to each employee across the organization.• MaxTotem – Effective task management solution. Able to setup projects and tasks, assign resources, setup timelines, notificationsExternal Projects for Startups under MaxBlox framework• Worked with HireandBuild team on consuming MaxBlox API with their Mobile application• Worked with founders of Tunisia as part of Founder Institute – MaxBlox program.• Worked with Zenfinity and ScreenOut founders on their application developmentOutsourcing• QC UX improvements – Worked with YellowSlice team• Hiring developers on Upwork and PeoplePerHour(PPH), communicating the needs, get the tasks from the developers and get it included into the products.
