As VP of Operations at OpenTeams, I played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the Open Source Architect network. I led a cross-functional team of four, successfully recruiting nearly 50 OSAs into the network within a span of three months.In my role as the head of the Project Success program, I oversaw a team of Project Managers responsible for the administration of all projects from contract signing to renewal. I founded Devium Games in 2019 for the creation of XOIQ, a companion application for competitive Madden players in esports tournaments and cash games. In doing so, I managed full financial and fundraising efforts, which included performing market analysis, developing detailed diagrams and financial forecasts, and presenting research, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective and existing stakeholders.Key Achievements:- Spearheaded product development including conducting competitive analysis as well as interviews with prospective customers for the development of customer personas, user-flows, and product diagrams in alignment with consumer preferences within the target market.-Conceptualized the front-end architecture of a JavaScript-based app with state-management (Vuex) and a modular component system (Vue.js/Nuxt) and led development of the full application stack from a custom REST API (Laravel), hosted on AWS, using Docker and custom GitHub actions for automated deployment.

I founded Jolly Science to provide white-label outsourcing for creative agencies and successfully built the profitable, cash-flow-positive start-up with zero outside investment. Throughout this five-year period, I pioneered product development on behalf of agencies and start-ups, delivering market research, competitive analysis, and technical architecture of web software products including mobile applications, micro-sites, and full web applications.Key Achievements:-Conceptualized and built a “follow-the-sun” system using automated ticket management and an innovative quote-and-build structure to provide outsourced specialists a frictionless process for predictably completing requests.-Architected an integrated multi-site campaign for the Showtime television show Homeland that allowed users to discover their own clues about the next episode and debate findings in private chats and message boards hidden in micro-sites around the web.-Led the development of cyber currency exchange between US dollars and Breakout Coin, which was backed by Breakout Gaming, an online casino owned by former World Series of Poker champions.

I was recruited by Newsweek in 2008 to wholly transform its digital editorial suite, including a comprehensive redesign; the selection, training, customization, and deployment of a new CMS (CQ5); and the cloud-deployment of Newsweek.com.
