Activities : • Total water treatment plant operations, quality and supply.• Boiler, cooling towers and condenser treatment including TDS control and chemical dosage.• Management of the effluent within plant including PH control and solids extraction.• Controls of all CIP operations on the basis of the existing procedures and quality benchmarks to achieve usages of caustic and rinse materials in line with Coca-Cola Specification. • Controls for washer performance and yields by maintaining processes assisting in optimizing washer temperatures, caustic tank pump suction and delivery pressures, scale conditions and washer operations in conjunction with the formulated products benchmark to maintain these parameters with minimum risk to the client, Nairobi Bottlers Ltd• Total management and maintenance of conveyor lubricant and slat band systems in the plant, monitoring of lubricants concentrations and dosage.
