Collect requirements from the operation and maintenance team and contact the suppliers (most of them are from China) to get quotations. Review the final contracts, and follow up until the delivery. Responsible on the Electrical erection and commissioning. Cables Factory project for Low and Medium Voltage Cables Initiating the project from the beginning by discussing with SMEs the requirements to collect data about the machines we will need. Make market survey to know the well-known manufacturers and start contact them to collect quotations. Managing the land required and the documents required, power source , etc.

- Managing the Electrical upgrade project for all Distribution stations Across the region which includes:1- Making As built Drawings for all Electrical Stations.2- Making all the test and inspection for Existing Electrical system such as PAT, Insulation testing, earthing Measurements.3- Determine all the Electrical risks need to be rectified.4- Prepare the required scope for all work to be done to make sure that all sites are follow the Egyptian and Amazon Standard.

Oil & Gas Project , ZOHR Development Field Project.1. Prepare the Interconnection Diagram for the Electrical Substations “ the Interface signals between different vendors like Schneider, Giza system, Invensys, and third parties”2. Review the cable list and modify accordingly “add or cancel cables, check the Routing and filling ratios, check the cross sections, etc)3. Discuss with Consultant “ENPPI” all requirements and approve the documents in order to proceed on site work.4. Prepare the As-Built Drawing after receiving the mark-ups from Construction and Commissioning Dep.

Working on Alsafwa Cement Plant line 2 Extended project , Jeddah - Saudi arabia 1- Supervise the Erection and installation work regarding the Instrumentations and Automation system.2- Update the progress of instrumentation and Automation works done by subcontractor. 3- Follow the Project schedule and make sure all the material is available and the contractor is on schedule4- Checks & supervises the quality of instrumentation erection works done by the subcontractor and follow Lafarge's Detail Technical Specifications 5- Responsible for preparing and updating the punch items. 6- Review & Approve Site Inspection Requests.7- Review & Approve Site Work Permits.8- Supervise the Commissioning and the start up of the equipment 9- Verifying the product as per contract agreements from the contractors and handing it over to Alsafwa operation team
