Perform Civil works, contractor and vendor management, material selection and approval as per shop drawing on variety of commercial and residential projects. Complete understanding and working knowledge of General & Detailed Project Specifications. Complete understanding and working knowledge of all Contact Drawings. Responsible for the complete review of ALL submittals and “shop drawings” making sure they are consistent with project specifications, contract drawings & addendums. Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project. Co-ordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems. Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management and Project director apprised of the progress on a regular basis. Preparation of shop Drawings, raising timely invoices, variations, claims and settlement, bill of quantities, finalization of various suppliers, subcontractors, work planning and execution of works with optimum resources.
