- Help to oversee the performance of projects (including: project status, schedule, cost control, and change management systems).- Review the deliverables of construction contractors which include construction feasibility studies, method statements, installation sequencing, and other services related to the construction phase.Liaise with other engineering disciplines throughout the engineering phase to maximize the use of construction knowledge and experience in all aspects of the project, paying attention to constructability.- Assist in ensuring appropriate risk management on projects including risk identi cation, mitigation planning as well as the development of policies and procedures, improvement of processes, and enforcement of safety measures.- Help with preparing detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for project funding authorization.- Assist in the preparation of detailed plans for project implementation.- Develop project construction and contracting strategy and assist in implementation planning.Provide technical inputs as needed with regards to evaluation of contractor proposals for the construction phase.- Support strategic business units with all their external communications.-Abide by PMO procedures, the QA / QC manual, as well as approved drawings, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and contract documents.

- Follow up the implementation of government projects- Review and check items related to the nature of my work in project contracts.- Review and check the process of quali cation and selection of consultants and contractors for the implementation of projects.- Review and verify the implementation of the work and verify the extent of conformity to speci cations and schedule.- Review and check how to inspect the materials, pieces and equipment for the implementation of the project and give an opinion about it.- Review the documents of completion of works submitted by the approved contractors for the implementation of projects.- Review and check the initial and nal receipt of the project.- Prepare the required reports and submit it to their direct supervisor.- Control of nancial and administrative corruption in projects.- Administrative and nancial investigation of the observed corruption crimes- Perform any other work assigned to me by my direct supervisor and fall within the nature of the job.

- For North- South Project.- Providing leadership for all project requirements, working closely with project/construction manager and other engineering disciplines to develop and execute an effective project plan right from RPF preparation, tender documentation until closing & handover.- Managing end-to-end project lifecycle in addition to identifying project resources requisitions for eld purchases and tracking project milestones.- Supervising the activities of assigned projects; directing assigned personnel in meeting cost and time schedules, verifying materials/equipment and assuring results meet design requirements.- Offering engineering support in verifying drawings, speci cations, and work of contractors; ensuring preparation of “as built” drawings, construction drawings, maintaining manuals and ensuring schedules are progressing in most ef cient manner possible.- Overseeing subordinate eld engineers, project, section and site engineers to execute assigned projects through the detailed design and delivery of construction materials and equipment.Providing technical support and sound engineering judgment on constructability, maintainability, Contractor’s work and system enhancements related to the project; and preparing construction estimates, cost engineering studies, schedules and budgets.- Liaising with stakeholders for project scoping, time and resource requirements and scheduling construction activities; preparing reports on site-work progress and maintaining effective communication with all parties involved (consultants/Contractors/Government Agencies, etc.)
