• Facilitated marketing and audience outreach using PatronMail and various social media platforms• Acted as liaison with online arts and culture calendars serving the Greater Boston area to promote performances and exhibitions• Provided patron services as well as technical assistance during special events including gallery openings, dance performances, and concerts

Simmons Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) research fellow• Compiled comprehensive inventory of Simmons College’s 500-piece permanent art collection• Conducted survey of the location and condition of the college’s art to ensure the collection’s security and longevity• Researched artists in collection to determine value and historical or contemporary significance

• Assisted with various education program evaluation projects, visitor interviews, and visitor data tabulation to monitor and improve the quality of the visitor experience• Managed department database of the museum’s educational programs for children, families, school groups, and adults• Represented the museum to patrons and visiting organizations through answering questions and providing information on current exhibits and programs offered through the Education Department

• Led groups of twelve girls ages 8-14 and two junior counselors on wilderness trips in northern New England • Responsible for planning and organizing trip logistics, including itinerary, equipment, meals, and emergency action plans
