This activity provided a reduction of R$2.5 million per year; # Developer of the first line of Chassis Welding using Robot at Yamaha do Brasil, providing a reduction of Δ=69% of the labor used in a manual line, annual reduction of R$1.5 million per year. # Responsible for the Downsize project of the Welding plant, using TVP methodology (Theoretical Value Production) to adapt true manufacturing capacity and better use of resources, sale of deactivated equipment in the project and monitoring of Rumpup of the new process design; # Participation in the International Conference on Machining, Casting, Stamping and Welding, held in Iwata, Japan and Indonesia, at the headquarters of the Yamaha group.
