• Coaches the industrialization teams ( process Engineers, the prototypes ,metrology&Calibration , and the automation&robotization engineers )• Manages plant investment budget , Capex management• Oversees the laboratory, the workshop tools(mass production), the robotization team according to organizations modes, • Supervises the industrialization based on standards (Control Plan, FMEA blocks,Standardization Charts…), • Elaborates Purchasing requests for resources in compliance with the standards outlined by the Standardization Department. • Manages slight amendments without incurring an impact on the product• Contributes in the Projects Steering Committees • Organizes the answer to Customers regarding the substances according to the methodologies, • Implements in-depth actions aiming to achieve a constant boost by contributing in the Plant quality system • Abides by the Group’s procedures and operating instructions relevant to Quality, Safety and Environment within the scope of legal duties• Strategic forward planning in terms of layout,equipments,resources according to new business and long term forecast of customer

• Conducts the products’ industrialization manufactured in the assigned plant, • Leads the permanent improvement of manufacturing Process, • Ensures the proper recording of technical data, • Develops, suggests and manages the assigned budget, • Must ensure that his/her team takes part in knowledge sharing and transfer (FMEA blocks, Standardization and Capitalization Sheets), • Responsible for the compliance with design standards and equipment legal and regulatory requirements; and ensures the implementation of assigned activities,• In the event of on-site intervention, launching required actions and ensures the Unit staff as well as the service providers comply with occupational safety requirements,• Plays a supporting role in the Autonomous Production Units and Logistics, Maintenance departments…., • Ensures the technical monitoring of incoming and outgoing production transfers to/from the assigned site and may undertake responsibility for the entire process.
