I have taken part in the establishment of the TMMOB GıdaMO Student Representation in the IAU and the Food Engineering Club of the IAU. In addition to being on duty in various commissions of TMMOB GıdaMO Istanbul Branch, although it is not an official task, we have carried out studies on communication with TMMOB GıdaMO Istanbul Branch Board Members. I was on duty as the Chairman of the Arrangement Committee of the 6th Student Congress of Food Engineering. I was on duty in the Conscious Food Consumption Trainings Development Committee, which was established for the revision and development of Conscious Food Consumption Trainings, and the Council Working Group, which aimed to investigate and solve the problems experienced by TMMOB GıdaMO Student Representatives. In my graduation thesis, together with my thesis mate, we succeeded in producing 100% stevia-sweetened hazelnut cream without invert sugar. In August 2019, together with four colleagues, we founded AGPAM, where we published our professional research. I would like to work in R&D, quality assurance, and production departments and to take an active role in the development of the food sector by further improving my professional and social skills.
