Establish suppliers and materials database, overlooking the quality of materials, analyse prices and submittals provided by subcontractors to select the best, analyse and control cost of each different location and coordinating with the financial department's rules and procedures.> the services are based on the next licenses, in use at present: PE license N° 9508R, technical consultant N° 1100 and N° 3520 for the City of Turin Courthouse, > authorization of the Italian National Engineers Committee to train electrical engineers for three years in order to obtain a PE licence.Relevant work: A radial cablecrane has been commissioned in Portugal with a capacity of 28 tons with 9 cubic meters’ bucket with translation speed of 6 m/s and hoisting speed of 2.5 m/s. The constructor of the hydropower plant, for a dam body volume of 420,000 cubic meters, with mixed construction and conventional concrete, has requested a solution for a problem with the cablecrane controlled by a power electrical converter and medium voltage cabin. I have solved the problem and the hydropower plant constructor together with the Italian cablecrane constructor were very gratified which lead to my qualified by the cablecrane constructor as technical auditor for diagnose and problem solving for their cablecrane applications.

Participation in the dissemination of the national electrical resistance standards in direct current and management of the measurements by means of an innovative measurement system and reproduction of the unit of electric resistance by means of the Quantum Hall Effect. The development of software in LabView for the automation and management of the measurements, processing of the data with the calculation and the assignment of the measurement uncertainty, still in use for the dissemination of national electrical resistance standards. Relevant work: Co-research of the reproduction of the unit of electrical resistance by means of the Quantum Hall Effect at high level of accuracy at the I. E. N. "G. Ferraris" (today INRiM - Istituto Nazionale di ricerca Metrologica), Italy. A new measurement system was developed based on a purpose-built cryogenic current comparator bridge and a RF SQUID. I participated and obtained one of the best results in a multinational comparison: EUROMET.EM-K10 which included several national metrological institutes and the BIPM (http://kcdb.bipm.org). This new measurement system improved the calibration of the national electrical standards and allowed to scale down more accurate the unit of electrical resistance to accredited laboratories.Currently it is the best result in terms of uncertainty obtained by I. E. N. “Galileo Ferraris” for 100 Ω electrical resistance standards and the research results are available in the following publication: G. Boella, I. Mihai, G. Marullo Reedtz, P. P. Capra, E.
