Annual review meeting for staff and beneficiary reps (80+ pers.) in Uganda. • Ensuring high quality financial & narrative reports, collaboration with financial compliance officers and controllers.• Contributing to project proposals using TOCs and RFs. • Frequent monitoring visits to Uganda (30-60 D/Y) - Proven ability and willingness to work in challenging environments.• Planning of delegation visits by the Danish Embassy and high-level management of CDK in collaboration with local partners. Planning of SDG-promotional visit for students and teachers.

ACA is a humanitarian organisation specializing in improving access to education, health and equal rights for children.TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Project-Cycle-Management, advisory and coordination of projects related to education and children rights; Familiy Food Security; and WASH and with children as agents of change. • Project development using Human Rights Based Approach, Logical Framework Approach (LFA), Problem Tree Analysis.• Grant management, compliance and donor reporting, review of narrative and financial reports from partners.• Strong partnership and coordination with implementing NGOs in India, capacity-building of local partners and frequent monitoring visits to India to collaborate with local partners.• Formulation of strategies, procedures and methods in collaboration with the strategy group of ACA.• Monitoring and evaluation of projects in India; participate in M&E networks in Denmark (with Save the Children, Red Cross, FKN, etc.); form part of a ME learning initiative with Caritas, Danmission, DMR-U and other NGOs. • Developing Education Tool Kit for Children.

Danwatch is an independent media and research center that publishes investigative journalism focusing on human rights, CSR, environment and conflict areas in a global perspective. TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead the mapping and systematization of grant options for projects. • Implementated of new CRM/IT system and preparation of user-friendly manual.• Gained knowledge of donor requirements and reporting (MFA – DANIDA, CISU, etc.).• Gained knowledge of CSR, UN Global Compact, UN Guiding Principles, rights issues, ILO and labor rights.
