Interior Design Assistant (Covid-19 Layoff)
Screens emails, manages calendar, follows up on calls, prepares office and client meetings, manages share drive files, updates power points, project schedules, communications with trade vendors, follows up with clients, assists with photo shoots, and anticipates ongoing needs for VP of Design as well as arranging lunches, organizing inventory, managing sample library, scheduling sales meetings, making travel arrangements, organizing and assisting on installs, reviewing press releases, suggesting social media content, managing incoming and outgoing shipping, organizing parties for special occasions, facilitating warranty claims, updating finish schedules, assisting with design presentations, tracking project information and field notes, and executing excellent customer service for the design office.
