As the PCM, I was the primary contact within JSTOR responsible for communicating with a wide variety of participating publishers and third party distributors on all issues related to supply chain metadata (SCM) and content receipt. My main tasks involve managing vendor relations and day to day activities for all born-digital/electronic content of serials and periodicals from third party publishers.
