Mark was recruited to assume responsibility for the contract management of one of ICM's largest and most prestigious clients. In the period that he has been with ICM, Mark has added to the portfolio of different clients he manages which now include leading logistic and blue chip companies.

Initially working alongside an award winning property management company supplying a range of hard and soft services across London and the south, Mark now manages a diverse range of contracts, including commercial, high street banking, retail and local government. Delivering a cost effective service solution to a portfolio in excess of 950 properties worth over £10m per annum to clients with differing contractual needs is Mark's biggest challenge and also, where he receives the greatest job satisfaction.

Responsible for the mobilisation of blue chip business and the re-engineering of under performing contracts. During this period, Mark worked at a number of top city financial institutions along with some high profile government departments.

As the Regional Manager on OCS's largest contract worth circa £6.5m per annum, Mark's team drove up Quality Audit scores by some 11% and at the same time, reduced costs by 3%. Was one of only 7 students who sucessfully completed the OCS Master Class in Management Development during the period 2004 - 2005.
