I was responsible for strategic support during the Microsoft migration of 20,000 corporate and non-corporate users including 35 Distribution Centers across the country. Orchestrating large scale upgrades I coordinated with remote sites to develop a plan of action and train technicians on new standards and technology that enhanced their IT team's control while standardizing practices across the company. Deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom VII in 2006 with the 10th Mountain Light Infantry Division Signal Company.In conjunction with the 3BSTB Signal Company, we provided backbone communications for Forward Operating Bases throughout the theater - providing secure Wide-Area-Network infrastructure of Voice, Data, and Satcom for coalition forces.Team Lead and operator of remote satellite communications sites. Involved in security missions between combat outposts along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border.Achieved a 150/150 at the Sergeant promotion board.
