This position required me to assist my boss in his research and grade that research within 6 different classes for over 120 students. I also sat in on a couple of the aforementioned classes for about 30 minutes once a week to assist the students. I had to learn AntConc, a text processing software, to assist my boss with this research and to help the students who used AntConc to complete their homework. I also observed any difficulties that the students might have encountered while using AntConc, then I would report their difficulties to my superior. Accordingly, I had to maintain privacy for these students in their grades and names.

This position required me to engage with about 100 customers every night, seat them, and solve any difficulties that they might have been encountering at the restaurant. I also had to converse often with customers on the phone and order their food. When customers finished, they came to me to check out, requiring me to handle money and ensure that my count was always accurate. I always assisted the manager and helped her out with customer problems and employee issues.

This position required me to engage with over 200 people every night, answer their questions, and solve their problems. I had to handle the ticket distribution of 6 different movies while handling customers' methods of payment, such as credit cards, cash, and checks. I also fulfilled any duties required of me by my superiors by cleaning, distributing food, and even painting. I was also required to receive a food handler's license for this position.

This position required me to teach over 250 scouts how to create technical items, such as rockets. I had to engage with scouts individually, as well as their parents, and ensure that they were following guidelines correctly. I also volunteered where necessary, such as setting up for meals, and even willingly assisted in areas that I had not signed up for, such as life guarding at a pool. I also handled sensitive insurance information for over 1000 individuals, confirming that parents were providing the required insurance information for full entrance into the camp. I held this same position with the same responsibilities from June 2013 to July 2013.
