Manage the daily progress of employees with full responsibility for equipment training. Manage production processes to ensure products are delivered on time and on budget while maintaining high quality standards. Improve production efficiency by researching and implementing superior methods to achieve the quickest print turnaround times possible. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and contractors to ensure delivery of crucial client materials. Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings with monthly surveys and reporting. Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Assist customers throughout every phase of a given project, from initial quotes through design and delivery.
