Mis Support Specialist
CurrentProvides MIS support including creating, enabling, disabling, or removing system user accounts to maintain network security and verify specific levels of access for end users. Assist employee training needs, design appropriate training instructions and materials. Provide group and one-on-one training for end users. Instruct end users to apply software for specific needs. Support remote location troubleshooting scenarios using analytical skills. Assist supervisor to identify and implement hardware improvements and changes. Manage and Maintain Agency’s Intranet.
