Aiding Techs and analysts in the installation of programs and software on university machines. My role also includes organizing, disposing, and deploying all of the university's computers, monitors, and other machines.

I am in charge of closing and opening up the shop on certain days of the week. I would also deal with guest experiences: answering the phone, making tee times, and selling concessions. I handle the day-to-day finances and expenses. I aid in the training of new employees and help guide them through the first few months of work.

I was responsible for making tee times, accepting payments for merchandise and snacks, providing customer service, and maintaining a pleasant and safe golfing experience for the whole family.
