• Advised newly-formed government agency responsible for creating and overseeing economic development zones throughout the Kingdom of Jordan on the development of its strategic plan and organizational infrastructure.• Surveyed economic development and investment promotion strategies of a broad sample of countries and identified global best practices.

• Advised founders of a rapidly-growing, international mobile network optimization software and services company in their efforts to secure $2-3 million in equity financing to accelerate the company’s growth.• Developed a financial model, investor presentation and other investor documentation required to attract investors to the company.• Formulated an organizational structure and strategic growth plan to allow the company to achieve scale and expand operations rapidly.
