1. Worked as a second level of support 24/7 for CADE Platform. 2. CADE is a Platform for developing adaptations running on top of Ericsson Charging System 3.0/5.0. 3 . The technologies I was daily using were Erlang/OTP, Shell scripting, SUN logical domains, Perl scripting, UNIX Solaris 10, and PostgreSQL. 4. I was responsible for resolving the Customer Service Requests "CSRs" raised by first line of support for local and international operators.5. Managing CADE LAB for Billing and Charging System which contains SUN servers, HP servers, SUN storages, EMC storage, and DELL servers. ((Selected Achievements))1· Saved one mobile operator in Egypt from losing around 75 Million EGP and losing the whole adaptation's subscribers data and recovered it from the kept CDRs in backups.2· Chosen to be the innovation center representative and to train the IN operation team in one of the toughest IN swap projects for a mobile operator in Sudan.3· Participated in one of the top ten IN swap projects worldwide with cost of 40 million USD and dedicated to handle the support requests of this project.4· Implemented the backup/restore solution and participated in the crash recovery solution for CADE.5.
