• Sole agency Production Manager, handling all facets of production throughout every project. Responsible for print vendor, photographer and illustration performance (quality control) with shared responsibility for interactive and broadcast.• Produced numerous award-winning creative projects that were designed with significant production challenges, resulting in two regional Best-of-Show Addy awards (back-to-back wins), one National Addy award, one project published in Graphis and PRINT, and many other Gold and Silver Addy awards.• Negotiate and manage job costs while consistently communicating with agency team to prevent any misunderstanding, and simultaneously build respectful partnerships with local and national vendors.• Served as agency lead for the research, implementation and agency-wide training for a new workflow software, Function Point. • Managed the development and success of four annual Council events: including meeting fundraising goals; recruiting, cultivating and managing volunteers, community leaders, and high-profile business women and men to support the Council’s programs; and organization of event activities and vendors. • Oversaw and participated in the raising of more than $1.5 million of special event contributions to benefit the Council; created and executed all marketing plans pertaining to each event; managed budgets of hundreds of thousands of dollars, while saving the Council tens of thousands of dollars from knowledge, experience and negotiations.• Supported the Council by assisting in community relations related to Council development and marketing, including partnering with Council board members on specific task forces.
