When we talk, you can begin to understand.• Thinker – I seek silence and space for big thoughts. I have a curiosity for the unknown and often ask “what if.” I take initiative to learn and understand things at great depth. I see systems and interdependencies in everything. I'm a problem solver who applies systems thinking to bring order to chaos.• Challenges – Some paths are easier than others. Where many may choose an expedient path of convenience, I seek out the most correct path and am unafraid to pursue it. No matter the challenge. I'm energized by tasks or projects that frustrate or confound others.• Work Ethic – No worthy achievement comes without hard work. Born from an underprivileged background, nothing was given to me. My whole life I've rolled up my sleeves, got my hands dirty, and worked-hard!
