I am an innovation and transformation leader at RTI International where I lead the strategy, planning, and transformation functions in our technology group. In this role I am accountable for end-to-end technology strategy development and implementation. I straddle client-facing business units and our G&A functions, acting as a translator and connector between our technologists and our partners. In my role I am also responsible for our technology project management office and resource management to ensure that our strategies are executed efficiently. On the evenings and weekends you will find me hanging out with my family, hiking, or doing some indoor rock climbing.
