I led the start up of RTI's corporate level Digital Transformation Program.

I led the innovation program in RTI's largest business unit, which is focused on the domestic public sector. I worked with executives to set a client-centric innovation strategy, manage a portfolio of investment initiatives, and drive a culture of innovation in the organization.

Led the creation of the Innovation Program in SSES, RTI’s largest business unit ($600m+ revenue). Worked with senior leaders to set innovation strategy, identify a portfolio management framework, implement innovation process, and foster a culture of innovation. Created linkages between SSES’s innovation program and RTI’s growth ecosystem.

I led large multimode data collection projects, completing deliverables on-time and within budget for clients that included the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Bureau of Justice Statistics, and the LIVESTRONG Foundation. Additionally, I was an innovation champion who created new offerings in mobile in-person data collection and web surveys.
