I was promoted to lead US SEM, Paid Digital, and Affiliates marketing channels for Amazon Grocery (Fresh and Whole Foods Online) as well as lead global CX products centered on customer education. I constantly A/B test content and strategy for each channel in order to maximize the marketing budget I own. Additionally, I lead product teams to identify opportunities and build technical solutions by way of reporting, attribution, UX improvements, and scalable marketing tools. During COVID, I represented marketing in an agile, cross-functional team created to respond to rapidly changing customer demands. We worked quickly and efficiently to create marketing, UX, product, and operational solutions with tight launch windows and quick turnarounds. My team was directly accountable to the highest levels of Amazon leadership during this time and consistently delivered products that drove business growth.
