Following notes and changes in Portfolio, resolving any situation if needed, ordering supplies (POS Portal) - terminals, paper rolls etc.Monitoring Chargebacks – Cooperating with Chargeback Department, informing Merchants about chargebacks and collecting required documents, uploading collected documentation, monitoring status of chargebacks and informing Merchants if anything else is neededClosing accounts – monitoring all closures, working with the Area Manager on resolving the issue, making sure equipment is returned if provided by Reliant Card ProcessingMonitoring Merchant activity and solving issues – checking their processing, making sure that the money is deposited to their account, informing Merchants about situation if needed, calling Technical Support for solving problems with Terminals, building relationships with Merchants and offering services to help them grow their businessPCI Compliance – making sure that all Merchants are compliant, so they don’t get penalizedCRM – updating CRM with all changes to the accounts, creating new contacts and new leads etc.Marketing – cooperating with graphic designers on creating marketing materials for potential clients,updating content on social networks for Reliant Card Processing, Contacting potential clients via telephone and establishing good relationship, reporting to Sales Manager, so he can continue developing these relationships, emailing businesses in Florida informing them about our services and offering cooperation, translating website materialOther administrative tasks when necessary
