As a Project Manager, my principal responsibility is to deliver my projects on time, under budget with the highest level of quality possible. I guide the team throughout the project’s lifetime, tactical sprint planning, task assignment, removing blockers and bringing clarity to the overall project; I also act as the main communication channel between the delivery team and main stakeholders.Using my technical background, I am also able to assist the delivery team laying down the foundation of the software, challenge decisions and ignite constructive discussions about various part of the project.

As a Solutions Architect, I am involved throughout the entire solution process. I focus mainly on defining project scope and architecture with our clients, solving critical problems, establishing timelines and expectation as well as leading development kick-offs.

As a Lead Software Developer, I was responsible for several high-profile social media and enterprise applications on the BlackBerry 10 platform.

Collaborated on an enterprise content management system for a public function.

Designed, built and delivered a prototype for a crowd-based mobile game. This involved a very tight timeframe and fluctuating requirements.

Worked on a requirement specification for an electronic public tendering system; acted as the principal interface between the development team and the client.

As Director of Finance my responsibilities included: customer relations, project analysis, financial management and corporate governance.

Using the InterMAPhics engine, I collaborated on a piece of software that would drive the UI for Singapore’s sea port traffic control system .
