ProTrainUp is a versatile system designed to support club management, training processes, internal communication, finances, and more. The system is utilized by nearly 10 national sports associations, over 1,000 clubs, and thousands of individual coaches. My primary responsibilities included:- Requirements gathering and analysis to understand the needs of target users.- Prepared the first version (MVP) using a CodeIgniter framework.- Developed the software using PHP Laravel, and JavaScript as a full-stack developer.- Designed and implemented a user-friendly interface using JavaScript powered by jQuery and Vue. - Built and maintained REST APIs and external integrations i.a. Google API, Sendgrid, SMS Api, DotPay, P24, PayPal, wFirma, GUS API. - Established continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes including managing self-hosted GitLab instance.- Collaborated with the dev-ops team to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance (Linux servers, DigitalOcean).- Wrote and executed tests to ensure the software's reliability and stability.- Managed a team of developers, providing guidance and support.- Conducted internal training sessions and personal mentoring.- Participated in key meetings and coordinated collaboration with major partners, including the Polish Football Association (PZPN), Polish Handball Federation (ZPRP), and the Polish Basketball Association (PZKosz).
