Formally I have held the position as Hygiene and Stores Manager for the Warburtons Bakery in Severn Beach Bristol for eight years.My duties include the smooth running of the Compliance department as well as the Stores (Raw Materials) department whilst meeting all legal and company requirements for employee Health & Safety and Food Safety. This is also to ensure that the bakery meets both internal and external audit compliance (specifically BRC, Warburton's Internal and HACCP systems. On site I am also the site contact for waste management, co-product, pest control, uniform, water treatment and legionella controls, control of chemicals and asset management.This is in addition to the day to day running of a department and being the point of contact for customer complaints and site audits.I am trained in Food Safety to level 4, COSHH risk assessments, HACCP, Train the Trainer, IOSHH in Health and Safety, Confined space permit holder, Legionella responsible persons and an RSPH level 2 qualification in Pest Control. I also have an Honours in Computing as well as a BTEC National Diploma. I can use all of the Microsoft Office products to a high level. Super User for SAP. I can write code in five different languages (PHP, HTML, JAVA, JAVASCRIPT and C++)
