Responsibilities included oversight of data center strategy, roadmap, and services portfolio; evaluation, planning, and coordination for new service development; capacity and platform cost analysis and recommendations; negotiation with vendors and suppliers; staff recruitment, hiring, and management; and supervision over daily data center operations, incident escalation, and disaster recovery planning and execution.
